Board Member Compliance
In support of transparency, accountability, and ethical governance, this page provides access to the ethics training certificates of the District's five Board Directors and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), along with information regarding additional governance and compliance training.
All Board Directors and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) have also completed sexual harassment prevention training. Additionally, the District's Board Directors have completed financial management training, strengthening their understanding of public agency finances, fiscal oversight, and their responsibilities in ensuring sound financial stewardship. These efforts reflect the District's commitment to ethical leadership, fiscal responsibility, transparency, and accountability.
Soledad Community Health Care District has successfully earned certification through the Association of California Healthcare Districts (ACHD) and is currently completing the final review process for the District Transparency Certificate of Excellence through the Special District Leadership Foundation (SDLF), an affiliate of the California Special Districts Association (CSDA).
These efforts reflect the District's ongoing commitment to responsible governance, public accountability, and ensuring that important information remains accessible to the communities we serve.
