Working together to build healthier communities
The Soledad Community Health Care District values partnerships with organizations that support the health and well-being of our employees, patients, families, and community.
Whether your organization is interested in participating in an upcoming event, sharing a community resource, promoting a program, or staying connected for future opportunities, we welcome the chance to learn more about your work.
Please review the opportunities below and complete the section that best matches your needs.
Connect with Our Healthcare Workforce

The Soledad Community Health Care District will host its Employee Health Fair on:
Thursday, July 30, 2026
8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
This year, we are expanding the event to include organizations that provide programs, services, educational opportunities, and resources that may benefit our employees and their families.
Our workforce includes approximately 150 employees, including physicians, providers, nurses, certified nursing assistants, medical assistants, administrative professionals, and support staff. Our employees live throughout Monterey County and neighboring communities.
Organizations may participate by:
- Hosting an informational table
- Providing brochures or educational materials
- Sharing wellness or community resources
- Providing approved promotional items or giveaways
- Offering a brief educational activity or demonstration, when appropriate
Employees will visit participating organizations as their work schedules allow. Attendance may vary because some employees provide direct patient care or work evening and night shifts.
Please complete the registration form below to let us know how your organization would like to participate.
Employee Health Fair Registration
Submission of this form does not guarantee participation. Space may be limited, and registrations will be reviewed based on relevance to employee and family well-being, available space, and event needs.
