Municipal Service Review (MSR)
Soledad Community Health Care District is periodically reviewed by the Local Agency Formation Commission of Monterey County (LAFCO) as part of its Municipal Service Review and Sphere of Influence process.
The 2024 Municipal Service Review and Sphere of Influence Study evaluates the operations, services, governance, finances, and sphere of influence of Soledad Community Health Care District, along with other special districts serving the Soledad area. The study fulfills LAFCO's requirements under state law to conduct periodic service reviews and sphere of influence studies.
The study was adopted by LAFCO of Monterey County on June 24, 2024.
